I want to help shape the vision and improve capabilities around supporting neurodiverse learners.

How has Bush changed your life or the life of your family?
Bush helped build my self-confidence, and I made the best of friends (that I still have today). It also created a life-long community of which my children now have an opportunity to be a part of and experience for themselves.

What are you most passionate about at Bush?
The community and the opportunity to help the students become change-makers.

What excites you about the future of Bush as we celebrate 100 years?
The opportunity to modernize our thinking around who we want to be in the future, without losing sight of our history.

How would your kids describe you?
Fun, silly, driven, and loving.

Current favorite show/series on Netflix/Hulu/Prime?
Painkiller.

Favorite spot on the Bush campus and why?
Inner Courtyard – the intersection between some of my best memories on campus and seeing my own children there for Convocation.

Is there a Bush faculty or staff member that has inspired you and why?
Too many to name :-)

Favorite spot in Washington (can be a restaurant, park, etc.) and why?
San Juan Islands. There’s something about the islands/the sea/the air, the memories I've made there and the wild nature of the landscape.

What is something people may not know about you?
I used to work in the music business in college managing local Los Angeles hip-hop artists.
